This is a great Alfredo that can be used on many dishes.
In a medium saucepan, add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat until melted. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for approx. 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Toss with your favorite pasta.
Rinse the chicken pieces in cold water and pat dry. Place the chicken in a large, resealable zip-top bag and pour in the marinade. Toss the chicken inside the bag to cover evenly with the marinade and refrigerate.
