The Bensonian Pizza
Preheat Oven to 550 F, and place rack in the middle position.
Sprinkle some flour on your work surface. Press the dough down to start the round. Stretch dough out to 16" round (do not knead the dough here or it will be hard to stretch out).
Place dough on cooking platter.
Add pizza sauce, then cheese, pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers
Cook one pizza at a time, on the middle rack. Cook for 6 minutes, rotate 180 degrees, and cook for 6 more minutes, until the crust is crispy, to your liking.
Rinse the chicken pieces in cold water and pat dry. Place the chicken in a large, resealable zip-top bag and pour in the marinade. Toss the chicken inside the bag to cover evenly with the marinade and refrigerate.
