Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/4 Cup Graham Crackers
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • CAKE
  • 3 pk cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and set shallow pan with water at bottom to create moisture
  2. Mix CRUST ingredients and put in 9 inch spring form pan
  3. Mix CAKE ingredients slowly to mix and pour into pan
  4. Bake at 300 for 70 minutes, or until just jiggly

Notes

  • Try cooking 60 minutes to try to not crack..
