Spinach Pie

Ingredients

  • DOUGH
  • 6 cups flour
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • SPINACH MIX
  • 1 bag spinach (2lb)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese (how much?)
  • 1 large handful feta cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 500 F
  2. Cut dough into 4 equal parts
  3. Roll out each part into a 12" x 12" (or more?)
  4. Cut each part into 4 again
  5. Fill 1/2 of each part with spinach mix and fold into pie
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes
