Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (Metro, or similar)
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 4 Cups (300g) Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3-4 Slices Bacon, cooked and Chopped
  • 25 Pepperoni slices (7 g)
  • 168g cooked Italian sausage
  • 4 Slices Ham, sliced regular

Steps

  1. Preheat Oven to 550 F, and place rack in the middle position.
  2. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface. Press the dough down to start the round. Stretch dough out to 16" round (do not knead the dough here or it will be hard to stretch out).
  3. Place dough on cooking platter.
  4. Add pizza sauce, then cheese, pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers
  5. Cook one pizza at a time, on the middle rack. Cook for 6 minutes, rotate 180 degrees, and cook for 6 more minutes, until the crust is crispy, to your liking.
