Stir Fry Beef and Veggy

Ingredients

  • MARINADE
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Chinese Cooking Wine
  • STIR FRY MIX
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1.5 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, Diced
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Steps

  1. For each 1/2 lb beef, use 1 set of marinade ingredients
  2. Mix meat and marinade together and rest 15 minutes
  3. For each 1/2 lb meat, mix together 1 set of stir fry mix ingredients, and set aside
  4. If using broccoli, blanche for 1 minute and cool down with water.
  5. Stir fry beef in wok at medium high, with some oil. About 2-3 minutes
  6. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until ready
