June's Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag compliments frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 brick old cheddar cheese (250g), shredded
  • 250 g (1/2 big container) sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients, except butter in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Melt butter in microwave.
  3. Place mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish or tin.
  4. Pour melted butter over potatoes. Cover with Foil
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

Notes

  • Can be prepared the day before and kept in fridge to bake the next day.

  • Recipe can be doubled/tripled if cooking for large crowd
